1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software applications, web services, and APIs provided by Bevon OÜ (registry code 17637888, registered in Tallinn, Estonia; "Bevon OÜ", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services & Subscriptions
Bevon OÜ provides electric vehicle software, telemetry analytics, and smart charging services. Certain features require a paid subscription billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe or Google Play.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Billing Portal or by contacting customer support.
3. Refunds & Cancellation
When you cancel a subscription, your access to paid features remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights under European Union and Estonian law apply where applicable.
4. Acceptable Use & Safety
In-vehicle software interfaces must only be interacted with when it is safe to do so and in compliance with local traffic regulations. Informational charging and cost estimates are provided on an "as-is" basis and may vary depending on grid tariffs, spot market data, and vehicle hardware.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bevon OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services. Bevon OÜ is an independent software company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.
